Project Highlight: The proposed Green Leaves Childcare and Primary School embodies a beacon of eco-friendly living and innovative design in Essendon. This state-of-the-art facility, envisioned by Meso Space, showcases a lush green roof symbolizing our steadfast commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Inspired by the visionary designs of multiple internal courtyards, which separate and safeguard outdoor activities for different age groups, the childcare and school complex stands as a testament to modernity and creativity, nestled amidst the urban landscape near the highway. During the day, the school emerges as a vibrant oasis, surrounded by trees and neighbouring buildings.
These captivating internal perspectives showcase the harmonious integration of architecture and nature, inviting children to learn and grow in a nurturing environment that fosters imagination and discovery. Our landscape design, reminiscent of traditional courtyard styles, features colourful playgrounds and concrete details, offering children a vibrant space to explore and play. With a green roof shaped like an ‘S’ and ‘W,’ the school seamlessly blends with the urban environment, harnessing the power of nature to create a sustainable and inspiring learning environment for generations to come
